By joining the Team Beautified VIP Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Eligibility
To qualify as a VIP Member, clients must have an active automatic payment set up.
The minimum required contribution is $10 per week or $20 per fortnight.
Clients may choose to pay a higher amount if they wish to build credit faster for upcoming treatments.
2. Payments & Account Credit
All VIP payments are made via automatic payment and are client-controlled.
Payments accumulate as account credit and are applied to treatments before or at the time of your appointment.
VIP discounts apply only when sufficient credit is available at the time of booking/payment.
3. VIP Benefits
VIP Members receive 20% off all nail and lash treatments.
VIP Members receive priority booking access and may be offered exclusive promotions from time to time.
VIP benefits are valid only while payments remain active and up to date.
4. Maintaining VIP Status
If an automatic payment fails, is paused, or is cancelled, VIP status will be temporarily suspended.
VIP discounts will not apply until payments are resumed and the minimum contribution requirement is met again.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure payments remain current.
5. Changes & Cancellations
Clients may adjust their payment amount at any time, provided the minimum contribution is maintained.
VIP Membership may be cancelled by the client at any time; however, unused credit is non-refundable and can only be redeemed for services.
Team Beautified reserves the right to amend VIP terms and conditions with reasonable notice.
6. General Conditions
VIP Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered client.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
