At Team Beautified, we want to provide our clients with the best possible experience when they visit our salon. We strive to create a welcoming environment where our clients can relax and enjoy a pampering experience. In order to maintain these standards of service we offer, we are putting certain policies in place.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens and sometimes things come up and our clients need to cancel their appointment. However late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our buisness and our team members time.

Therefore we have recently made changes to our cancellation policy. Previously we required 12 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments.

We have updated our policy to require 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment otherwise there will be a fee of $20.00 FOR EACH TREATMENT BOOKED and this will be charged to your account.

No Show Policy: A courtesy email or text message will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. This will be followed up by a courtesy phone call the day before your appointment. Failure to confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment you will incur a NO SHOW fee of $30.00 FOR EACH TREATMENT BOOKED and this will be charged to your account. This charge may be waived at our discretion.

48 Hour Guarantee: All our services come with a 48 hour guarantee. If you are unhappy with the service you have been provided please contact the salon to arrange for an appointment to be booked. Our policy is to rectify any issues within 7 business days.

Late Arrival Policy: While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than fifteen minutes late, your service may have to be rescheduled and our cancellation fee will apply for each treatment booked.

Right to Refuse Service: For your safety, comfort and satisfaction Team Beautified reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion when necessary. More than anything we want you to ensure you have a great experience at our salon and leave happy with the work that we do.

New Client Bookings: We welcome new client bookings, as part of our new client policy you will be required to pre pay a 50% deposit of the treatments booked.  This is non-refundable should you change your mind or wish to cancel your appointment.

Gift Vouchers: We have gift vouchers available online or in the salon to purchase. These gift vouchers are vaild for 6 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash and are also non-refundable.

Existing VIP Customers: Pay $10.00 weekly or $20.00 fortnightly. 20% discount off full price treatments and a $20.00 birthday voucher (sent by email). Credit is applied on Mondays or Tuesdays after a public holiday for all payments made during the previous week (Mon-Sun). Your 20% discount starts after we have received two automatic payments. If you miss a payment, you will need to make two automatic payments before you receive your 20% discount back. Your credit can be shared with others but not your 20% discount. Discount only applies to you and children in your care under 18yrs. Should you choose to terminate this agreement there will be no refunds. You can terminate at any time however you will loose the 20% discount upon termination. If you incur a cancellation fee or owe us money for any reason we will deduct the amount owed from your account.

Subscription VIP Customers: Purchase online for a one off charge of $130.00. $120.00 will be credited to your VIP account and there is a $10.00 admin fee. This credit balance will be split over two visits. You can use half of your credit balance at your first visit and the balance on your second visit. You will receive a 20% discount off full price treatments for 12 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive a $20.00 birthday voucher if your birthday falls within the 12 week VIP period. Your credit can be shared with others but not your 20% discount. Discount only applies to you and children in your care under 18yrs. If you incur a cancellation fee or owe us money for any reason we will deduct the amount owed from your account.
