Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments Late cancellations incur a $20 fee per treatment booked

No-Show Policy

Courtesy reminders are sent 48 hours prior to appointments Failure to confirm, reschedule, or attend will result in a $30 no-show fee per treatment booked Fees may be waived at our discretion

Late Arrival Policy

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled Cancellation fees will apply for each treatment booked

Service Guarantee

All salon services come with a 48-hour guarantee. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact the salon within 48 hours Any concerns will be addressed within 7 business days

Right to Refuse Service

Team Beautified reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion to ensure safety, comfort, and quality standards.

New Client Bookings

New clients are required to prepay a 50% non-refundable deposit Deposits are forfeited if appointments are cancelled or changed.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase Not redeemable for cash Non-refundable

VIP Membership Terms

Payments: $10 weekly or $20 fortnightly Benefits include:20% off full-price treatments$20 birthday voucher (emailed)Discount begins after two successful automatic payments Missed payments reset discount eligibility Credit may be shared; discounts may not No refunds upon termination Outstanding fees may be deducted from account credit

Product Information

Team Beautified press-on nails are handcrafted nail enhancements designed as a convenient and stylish alternative to salon services. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, design, or finish may occur. Product images are representative only.

Ordering & Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability Custom press-on nails: 3–5 business days production after sizing details are received Pré-made press-on nails: processed within 1–2 business days Orders cannot begin until all required information has been received

Sizing & Fit

Correct sizing is essential for the best result. Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail sizes Sizing kits and sizing guides are strongly recommended Incorrect sizing due to customer error is not eligible for refund or replacement Team Beautified is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements

Custom Design Press-On Nails

Required Information Before production begins, customers must email: Order number Nail sizes for all 10 fingers Reference photos (if applicable) Orders cannot be started without sizing details. Custom Process Once your order, sizing, and photos are received, we will begin the custom design process. Production time may vary depending on design complexity and workload. Designs cannot be changed once production has started Delays may occur if sizing or photos are missing Custom press-on nails are non-refundable once production has begun

Pre-Made Press-On Nails

Due to hygiene reasons: No refunds, returns, or exchanges once items are dispatched or received If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos Issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

All prices are listed in NZD and include applicable taxes where required Accepted payment methods may include Credit/Debit cards Digital payment methods Gift cards or store credit

 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout Delivery timeframes are estimates only Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes All orders are dispatched within 7 days, unless otherwise stated

Product Care, Safety & Allergies

Follow all provided application and removal instructions Use only recommended adhesives and removal methods Patch testing is recommended Discontinue use if irritation occurs Team Beautified is not liable for allergic reactions or improper use With proper care, wear time may last 1–2 weeks

Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase Proof of purchase is required Remedies are limited to replacement or refund at our discretion
