Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment otherwise there will be a fee of $20.00 FOR EACH TREATMENT BOOKED and this will be charged to your account.

 If you do not show up for your appointment a NO SHOW fee of $30.00 FOR EACH TREATMENT BOOKED will be charged to your account. 

Eyelash Extension: Please remember NOT to wear any eye make-up to your appointment as this could affect the result of your lashes. You will be charged a make-up removal fee if you have any eye make-up on.

Additional Service: PLEASE add additional treatments to your booking, if you need any product removed (Gel Polish, Lashes, etc.) or Nail Repairs. Nail Art, More than One Nail Colour, French\Ombre. 

Booking Fee: New Clients and Large Bookings/Groups will be asked to pay a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit.
